Walkiria (Linda) Whitford, Executive Director
Walkiria “Linda” Whitford is the founder and visionary leader of Wings of Wisdom, bringing extensive experience and unwavering dedication to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Linda is a Certified Person-Centered Plan Facilitator and Certified Independent Facilitator, trained in Planning Live Principles and Approaches, and is a Person-Centered Thinking Trainer. She also holds ACRE certification with a specialization in Customized Employment, as well as certification as a PEERS® Certified Provider – School Based. Throughout her career, Linda has championed person-centered practices that empower individuals and families to specify their own goals and pursue meaningful, self-determined lives. Her passion lies in advocating for inclusive opportunities and providing customized support that honors each person’s unique strengths and aspirations. Under Linda’s leadership, Wings of Wisdom strives to create a community where everyone has the resources and encouragement needed to achieve their fullest potential.
Susana (Suzy) Iñiguez-Toliver, CFS Supervisor
Susana “Suzy” Iñiguez-Toliver is a dedicated and experienced educator with a Master’s degree in Education and a strong commitment to supporting students with disabilities. As a Certified Independent Facilitator trained in Person-Centered Thinking and Planning, Suzy has extensive experience providing behavioral therapy supports to children, helping them develop essential skills and reach their full potential. She works closely with individuals and families to create personalized plans that reflect each person’s unique needs and goals. Suzy’s compassionate approach, expertise, and dedication make her an invaluable member of the Wings of Wisdom team, guiding families through the complexities of services and resources to ensure every individual receives the support they deserve.
Susan Aceytuno, Operations Director
Susy, an empathetic mother and passionate advocate, is dedicated to empowering young adults and families navigating the challenges of intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over three years at Wings of Wisdom, Susy brings specialized training in the Science and Lived Experience of Autism. She oversees the delivery and coordination of services that support adults in thriving within their family homes. Susy works tirelessly to ensure that individuals and their families receive the guidance and resources they need to successfully navigate complex service systems and community supports.
