How to Enroll in the CFS Program
- If you live at home with your family and believe that CFS (Coordinated Family Support) may benefit you, please contact your Regional Center Service Coordinator directly to discuss eligibility and enrollment.
- If you are unsure who your Service Coordinator is, contact your Regional Center’s main office. The operator will assist you in identifying and connecting with the appropriate person.
They will arrange a meeting to discuss how CFS can help you and your family. If you are referred to CFS, feel free to ask for us! We are pleased to meet with you and your family, in the language you are most comfortable with, to discuss your goals and how we can support you through CFS.
